Photographers snapped Cyrus, 17, enjoying the sights of Paris with actor pal Liam Hemsworth. She and Hemsworth, 19, window-shopped and walked arm-in-arm down the Champs-Elysees; in the middle of a crowd, they cuddled close for a kiss. The two teen actors have not confirmed they are dating but rumours have been circling since they filmed their upcoming movie The Last Song earlier this year.
